    Ocean Coral Spring is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to help foster a positive and compliant work environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution.

    Funciones

    • Provide guidance on the interpretation of company policies and respond to employee queries, concerns, and open-door complaints.
    • Oversee and manage the disciplinary hearing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
    • Conduct thorough internal investigations on workplace issues such as harassment, discrimination, unfair treatment, and fraud.
    • Monitor and ensure consistency in disciplinary practices and performance management across departments.
    • Advise leadership on employee performance issues and recommended actions.
    • Deliver training and coaching to supervisors and managers on employment practices and labor laws to ensure compliance and effective management.
    • Execute and manage compliance training programs to meet legal and organizational standards.
    • Review and manage voluntary and involuntary terminations, including conducting comprehensive exit interviews.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate workplace disputes to promote a positive and productive work environment.
    • Support and contribute to special projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee welfare.

    Requisitos

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, disciplinary processes, and performance management practices.
    • Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling conflict resolution.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
    • Experience in coaching and training managers and supervisors.
