    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Reservations Supervisor to help lead our Reservations Department. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing occupancy, and supporting the overall success of our reservations team.

    Funciones

    Position Responsibilities – Reservations Supervisor
    • The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for helping to run the Reservations Department.
    • Assists in monitoring and managing the reservationist team to ensure excellent customer service 
    • Contributes to guest satisfaction through the quality of his/her work and exemplary behavior 
    • Maximize occupancy by ensuring high conversion of enquiries into bookings. 
    • Supervises, monitors calls, coaches, counsels, trains, disciplines and reviews reservation agents 
    • Assist to evaluates Reservation Agents' performance and productivity to ensure they meet service level goals
    • Assist with the management of room  inventory to maximize sales.
    • Solve problems and make decisions at supervisory level.
    • Excellent Knowledge of handling of SAP

    Requisitos

    - Hospitality experience, preferably in a front desk or customer-facing role
    - Strong leadership and communication skills
    - Ability to work under pressure and multitask
    - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    - Familiarity with hotel management systems and software

    Notas Adicionales

    The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for preparing various reports, managing room inventory and tour operator allotments, and ensuring timely communication with travel partners. The role involves assisting with auditing reservations for accuracy, ensuring correct group bookings, and helping with staff scheduling and duties. The supervisor will introduce the hotel and its services, convey the brand image, and communicate effectively with clients, providing confirmations and invoices. This position also focuses on increasing guest loyalty, maintaining organized files, assisting the manager in leading the team, integrating and training new employees, and maximizing upselling opportunities. Furthermore, the supervisor will ensure effective revenue management activities, including monitoring duplicated bookings and non-guaranteed bookings, and handle emails and voicemails in a timely manner. Other duties, participation in refresher courses, and maintaining files on the shared drive are also required.
