We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Bar Director to oversee all bar operations and manage our team of Bar Managers. This role reports directly to Corporate and is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all bar venues.
Funciones
- Manage and provide leadership to all Bar Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for bar operations, including menu development, pricing, and promotions.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and financial performance for all bars, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
- Establish and maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring a consistent and memorable guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Identify and implement training programs for bar staff and managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on bar performance to Corporate.

Requisitos
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, specifically in bar management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of managers.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
