The Butler Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our Butler service department, ensuring that every guest receives personalized, intuitive, and high-standard care. You will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining luxury service protocols, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to create memorable "surprise-and-delight" moments for our guests.

Funciones

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the butler team to ensure consistent delivery of high-end service.
Guest Personalization: Oversee the curation of bespoke guest itineraries, wardrobe services, and in-room experiences.
VIP Handling: Provide hands-on assistance and oversight for VIP guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
Operational Excellence: Coordinate closely with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service flow.
Service Standards: Uphold strict luxury etiquette, service recovery protocols, and operational standards.
Quality Control: Monitor service performance, manage inventory, and ensure team alignment with guest satisfaction goals.

Requisitos

Proven experience in luxury butler services, guest experience leadership, or high-end hospitality operations.
Strong understanding of luxury etiquette and personalized guest service.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train diverse service teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex guest itineraries and cross-departmental tasks.
Preferred: Certification in Hospitality & Tourism Management and/or Butler Certification.
