Funciones

• Verify, coordinate, and control that personnel perform cleaning duties in the kitchen while ensuring the correct functioning of operating equipment, dishwashing machines, and production areas, adhering to quality and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and ensure that personnel under your charge clean the kitchens correctly and maintain compliance with standards.
• Supply necessary protective equipment to personnel and ensure its proper usage.
• Coordinate and control work activities in your area by determining and assigning roles based on the established program.
• Supervise and report any faults or failures of equipment and machinery.
• Verify service orders for table services at hotel events and ensure quality delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise catering services for special events.
• Provide continuous training for the personnel in your department to maintain high standards.
• Participate in the regular inventories of materials and equipment for your area.
• Deliver responsible and enthusiastic service, building trust with guests and enhancing their comfort.
• Anticipate guest needs by providing products and services before they are requested.
• Complete all assigned tasks with responsibility, enthusiasm, and respect for your supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance, projecting an image aligned with the hotel’s standards.
